This is considered a flat, fast out and back course. The course is paved with an average grade of 0.08% up to the turn-around point at Sheep Hills Park*. This is an open course so please be respectful to others (i.e., walkers, bikers, etc).

*There will be water provided at the 3.1 mile halfway point (i.e., Sheep Hills Park). There are also restrooms available at the park.
